Pair it with a linen napkin or a stoneware charger or even cuttings from your garden and let the light make magic in the embossed design.
The rapid growth of bamboo is predictable, but the flowering cycle is still an infrequent mystery. One species has been documented to have a 130 year interval between setting blooms. When the plant does produce flowers and seeds, it is typically in mass and may be over a several year period. It is said that bamboo has its own season; it will celebrate and reproduce when it's ready - not before. This hardy plant might just be a great symbol for inspired independence.
